about
"Visions of the Future" is the first track from an upcoming EP produced by Gabriel Stanizzo (production) and Freddie Morales (vocals/lyrics), electronic synth fanatics bringing their game from miles away from Argentina to Hollywood in producing a track that makes you feel like singing in response to today’s news headlines on politics and virus pandemic. Written in 2020 during the world pandemic the track was produced via the internet without ever stepping into the studio together and sending stems back and forth in completing their first ever internet track. Heavy influences by their mentors like Depeche Mode, OMD, and Erasure with an 80s futuristic sound that is being accepted by those who follow the sound of the future. Now available for your listening pleasure.
lyrics
There's a strange behavior
Our faith is on the line
we're on the edge
of collapse
I've spent an evening watching
and reading all the hate
what can you do
what can you say
we must not fail them
I've been running like you
I've been running away
been searching for
the honest way
to live my life
and be at peace
with me
I've been confused
for to many years
I want to break free
and face my enemies
put the page in reverse
deliver the word
of peace
Visions of the future
don't look to good
we've got to change
we really should
This is our world
we've got to change
we really need
to change today
the world
Visions of the future
don't look to good
we've got to change
we really should
Visions of the future
don't look to good
this is world we've got change
we really need to change today
the world
